⚖️ FARA, AIPAC, and the Rigged Game

America pretends it has guardrails against foreign influence — it even has a whole law for it: FARA, the Foreign Agents Registration Act. On paper, it sounds tough: “Anyone working for a foreign government must register as a foreign agent.” In reality? It’s a joke. Swiss cheese with a DOJ stamp on it.

📜 FARA: A Law That Only Hits the Powerless
If you’re a small-time consultant doing PR for some random country, the DOJ might dust off FARA to ruin your life. If you’re politically useful? The law might as well not exist. It’s a selective hammer, not a shield.
Hunter Biden? Sat on the board of Burisma, raked in oligarch money, and invested in Metabiota while U.S. policy in Ukraine was run by his dad. That’s textbook foreign-agent territory. Did he register? Hell no. Did DOJ care? Hell no.
🕳️ Enter AIPAC: The Biggest Loophole in Washington
The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) is literally built to advance the interests of a foreign state — Israel — in U.S. politics. They draft resolutions, steer aid, flood campaigns with donations. That’s FARA 101. But do they register? Nope. They hide behind the fig leaf of being an “independent U.S. organization.”
Translation: it’s foreign lobbying with a U.S. label slapped on the box.
🚩 The Double Standard in Black and White
Hunter Biden, Manafort, or some random nobody? Potential FARA violation. DOJ ready to pounce (if it’s politically convenient).
AIPAC? Politicians on both sides are addicted to its cash. So they get a free pass.
It’s not about the law. It’s about power. If you have enough of it, the law bends. If you don’t, the law breaks you.
💡 Bottom Line
The whole system is a scam. FARA was sold as protection against foreign meddling, but in practice it’s just another two-tier enforcement racket. The powerless get nailed. The powerful — whether it’s Hunter riding his dad’s name or AIPAC steering U.S. policy — walk free.
Justice isn’t blind. It’s for sale. And the price is whatever keeps the swamp fed.

Passed in 1938 to stop Nazi propaganda ops in the U.S. (yep, that old).
